Our shipping days are Monday through Friday.
For customers that place orders before 12 pm (noon), we will do our best to get your package out the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm will ship out on the following business day.
If you place an order Friday afternoon it will ship out on Monday (even if you select Overnight Shipping).
Carriers do not count weekends or the day your order ships towards shipping time.
You will receive a tracking code from us when your package ship. If you can't find it, check your spam folder. They like to hide there.
Packages should arrive in about 15-25 business days depending on customs.
Orders are subject to additional duties/fees depending on your country and will be charged at the border with USPS International. Duties can be paid upfront at checkout with faster UPS shipping methods.
